The downloadable extension is for Claude Desktop on a computer. To use todolist in the Claude mobile app or on claude.ai, add a custom connector with this URL:
https://mcp.todolist.live/mcp
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, save. Full steps in the setup guide.
On your computer, download the file above and open it — it launches Claude Desktop and asks to install. (Or in Claude: Settings → Extensions → Install Extension, then pick the file.)
Claude shows what it can do and installs it. Nothing else to set up.
